My Story
Trained as a musician, then five years as a public school teacher, I moved to Chicago 25+ years ago looking for adventure and spent most of those years serving in a vibrant church as an administrator then pastor. When that season ended, I had a desire to use my music through service to promote good in the world in a way that was accessible for anyone looking for more peace. Where I landed was Reiki (ancient Japanese practice) and Sound Meditation.
Grateful to have been introduced to this world by Joanne at Sound Healing Remedies, now fully trained in meditation facilitation through Ahimsa School of Sound Healing, Reiki Master Level / Holy Fire III certified (thanks, Chiquita and Tiffany), am excited to have a home with Harvey Holistic Healing. I am also part of the Healing Touch ministry at Ogden CUMC, volunteer with the energy therapy program at Northwestern Hospital, and co-host a monthly potluck for wellness practitioners for networking and encouragement ✨
My Services
Sound Meditation / Soundbath group sessions
- An hour of stillness in a group setting, supported by quiet instruments like crystal bowls whose vibrations help you relax into a parasympathetic state where body and mind can receive peace and healing
Private group sessions
- For you and your friends, family, coworkers, club or team, etc (maximum number in my space: 10; or I can come to your space)
Sound-Reiki individual sessions
- Good for the cells and soul; supports your personal relaxation and healing; tailor-made to you in the moment in a private, professional setting (or I can come to you)
Sound Clearing session for a space
- Like a new office or home, or rededicating a space for a new season
